Carolyn Smith-Barrett has been with Johnson & Johnson for almost 30 years and is currently Vice President for Labeling & Submissions Management within the pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs organization. She also serves as a coach and mentor, and enjoys helping others make sound decisions along their chosen career path.
